Prohibited Conduct

We do not tolerate:

• Harassment or bullying: Targeting, intimidating, or maliciously attacking other users based on any characteristic
• Hate speech: Content promoting discrimination, violence, or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or other protected characteristics
• Abusive language: Profanity, insults, personal attacks, or dehumanizing comments directed at individuals or groups
• Threats or intimidation: Threatening violence, harm, or other negative consequences against individuals
• Trolling: Deliberately posting inflammatory, provocative, or off-topic content intended to disrupt or upset others
• Inappropriate comments: Sexualized, graphic, or otherwise offensive content unsuitable for a family platform
• Shaming or judgment: Publicly criticizing or shaming parents for their food choices, parenting decisions, or family circumstances
• Fake accounts & impersonation:Creating fake accounts, impersonation, or manipulation of platform activity, reviews, or engagement metrics

Your Responsibility

When sharing recipes, meal plans, or food-related content, you agree to verify the accuracy and safety of all information. This includes:

• Ingredient accuracy and sourcing
• Allergen information and cross-contamination risks
• Safe food preparation and storage methods
• Nutritional claims and dietary suitability
• Age appropriateness of recipes (choking hazards, texture, etc.)

Prohibited Content

Do not share:

• Deliberately dangerous or unsafe food advice
• Misleading nutritional or medical claims (e.g., "cures allergies," "prevents disease")
• Unverified allergen information or false safety claims
• Recipes or instructions you know to be unsafe or inaccurate
• Content promoting unsafe food handling practices

Community Verification

Community members are encouraged to verify information, ask clarifying questions, and report content that appears unsafe or inaccurate.

What We Encourage

• Original recipes and meal plans you've tested and enjoyed with your family
• Helpful tips, variations, and personal experiences with recipes
• Honest, constructive reviews and comments
• Clear, accurate ingredient lists and preparation instructions
• High-quality photos that represent your content accurately
• Age-appropriate nutritional information

What We Don't Allow

• Spam or repetitive submissions of the same content
• Misleading titles, descriptions, or photos (e.g., misleading ingredients in photo)
• Mass-generated, low-effort, or auto-generated content
• Plagiarism or uploading others' content without attribution or permission
• Irrelevant or off-topic submissions
• Low-quality, blurry, or inappropriate images
• Clickbait titles or descriptions

Your Responsibility

When using AI tools to assist content creation:

• Verify all ingredient information, measurements, and safety details independently
• Test recipes with your family before sharing (or clearly indicate it hasn't been tested)
• Review generated content for accuracy and appropriateness
• Ensure meal ideas are safe and suitable for children
• Check that content doesn't plagiarize or infringe on others' work

Prohibited

Do not:

• Post misleading AI-generated content as personally tested when it has not been tested by you
• Publish unsafe, fabricated, or clearly generated-without-verification food instructions
• Submit excessive automated or mass-generated submissions
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as original personal experience

Your Responsibilities

• Only share original recipes or properly attribute recipes from others
• Use only photos you have taken or have a license to use
• Obtain permission from other users before sharing their content or recipes
• Do not use copyrighted images, recipes, or content without attribution or permission
• Respect Yummistic's branding and do not misrepresent our endorsement of your content

Copyright & Takedown

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, please contact us at support@yummistic.com with details. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing content and suspending the user responsible.

Prohibited Activities

• Spam or repetitive promotional posts
• Undisclosed affiliate links or affiliate marketing
• Self-promotion without clear community value or permission
• Posting promotional content disguised as authentic recipes or reviews
• Misleading claims about products, services, or brands
• Impersonating brands or businesses
• Directing users away from Yummistic to external sales platforms without disclosure
• Bulk selling, dropshipping promotion, or multi-level marketing (MLM) content

Legitimate Partnerships

If you represent a brand or business interested in partnering with Yummistic or our community, please contact us at partnerships@yummistic.com. We work with partners transparently and disclose all sponsored content clearly.

Prohibited Information

Never share:

• Children's full names (use nicknames or first names only)
• Home addresses, school names, or location information
• Phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles
• Photos that clearly identify children with identifying details in background
• Detailed schedules, routines, or whereabouts
• Medical or health information that could identify a child

Photo Guidelines

Only upload photos containing children if you have the legal authority or appropriate consent to share them. Keep photos generic or use them in ways that protect children's privacy and safety.

How to Report

Use the report feature on recipes, comments, or profiles. Alternatively, contact us at community@yummistic.com with:

• A description of the problematic content
• Links to the content or user profile
• Why you believe it violates these guidelines
• Any relevant screenshots or evidence

Our Response

We review reports and appeals within a reasonable timeframe. Reports are handled confidentially. We may not disclose investigation details to protect all parties involved.
